Columbus – The Hitching Lot is open from April to October.  Mondays from 4-6 pm; Thursdays 7-10am; and Saturdays 7-10 am. However, during the month of October, the Market is only open on Saturdays.

Starkville – Every Tuesday from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 – 10:30 a.m.,  May through August, at Fire Station Park, Lampkin at Russell Street.

West Point – Each Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., starting on May 21 – August 12 at the Mossy Oak Pavillion on Highway 45 Alt. South.

Safe Sitter Certification Class – July 8, trained professional at OCH will teach 11-14 year-old students how to be confident and safe babysitters by providing information on child development age appropriate activities, and safety and security precautions. Students also receive hands on practice in basic life-saving techniques such as choking infant or child. Fees $35. Price includes supplies and lunch. United Blood Service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.,  Outpatient Pavilion Conference Center at Baptist Golden Triangle. Programs runs on a 6- week cycle. you may begin at any time.  All dodnors are encouraged to give the gift of life.

Swim Lessons at OCH Wellness Connection are held weekly Monday – Friday during June and July. Class fees are $50 for members and $60 for non-members. All classes emphasize pool and water safety and are led by American Red Cross-certified instructors. 16th Annual Houston Homecoming on the Courthouse Square in Houston, MS, on Saturday July 4, at 4:45 with Veteran’s and Children parade, invocation, introductions, Recognition of Veterans, Pledge Allegiance to our United States Flag, Patriotic Songs by Community Choir, welcome Mayor and Chairman of Board of Supervisors, entertainment 5:30-9:30, Jason West, Legends of the Blues, Mitzi Woods Dancers, Heavens Jubilee, the Mink Brothers Band, with a Magnificent Fireworks Show at 9:30 . Plenty of food, fun and fellowship along with class reunions.

OCH’s “Sodas for Siblings” class Saturday, July 18 from 2 – 3 p.m. in the OCH Educational Facility.   Children receive a certificate, an “I’m a Big Brother” or “I’m a Big Sister” t-shirt and are treated to an ice cream party.   The class is free to children whose parents are enrolled in the Stork Support program.  The class fee is $20 for one sibling and $15 for each additional one.  Register at or call (662) 615-3364.
