Holly Springs Man Headed to Prison After Manslaughter Conviction
by Chris Davis
HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss.--A five day trial in Marshall County court and 29-year-old Dennoris Howell is headed to prison.
The sheriff there tells us it was a July 2010 shooting that left LaKeith "Kee Kee" Jones dead. Howell was charged in the shooting, though Tuesday's conviction was on a manslaughter and not a murder charge.
Howell remains in the custody of the Marshall County sheriff. His bond was immediately revoked upon his conviction.
Sentencing will be at a later, and not yet specified, date.
