LINCOLN COUNTY, Miss.--Thirty-seven-year-old Rachel Michelle Griffin, a former employee of Silver Cross Home in Lincoln County was indicted Sept. 11 and arrested this week on a charge of exploiting a vulnerable adult. That's according to Attorney General Jim Hood's office.He says Griffin, of McCall, was arrested by investigators with the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit
Hood tells News Mississippi Griffin took $1,200 from someone in care at the home and faces 10 years if convicted.
