TUPELO, Miss.--Following the arrest of James Carl Williams, Tupelo Police Chief Tony Carleton told media he believed the Friday shooting death of 48-year-old Everette Foster may have been over a domestic dispute.
The shooting happened about 3:30 Friday. Coroner Carolyn Green said the victim was found in front of a house with multiple gunshot wounds.
Details about exactly what went down are still sketchy.
An autopsy was being done on Foster. Those results are expected to be released Monday.
