Congressman Gregg Harper was on the chartered train carrying Republican lawmakers that struck a garbage truck earlier this week. Sadly, one of the men in the truck lost his life, but thankfully, there were no serious injuries to anyone on the train. Congressman Harper checked in with JT Show to let everyone know the events that led up to the fateful accident, to give a quick take on the President’s State of the Union, and to discuss the retreat that the lawmakers were headed to before the crash.
