Jackson, Miss.-- Oil prices dropped again nationally and that has given Mississippians a break at the pump, albeit very small for the time being.
In the magnolia state the average price for a gallon of gas according to www.gasbuddy.com is $3.58/gallon down a couple of cents from yesterday.
Gerri Willis, host of "The Willis Report" on Fox News Business Network, says,"A barrel of oil, $92 now, that down $3.31 and this is because of expanding inventories."
If the price per barrel continues to slope downward expect the same for prices at the pump.
"The economy is bad all over the globe," WIllis says. "The Saudis are pumping more oil because of what's going on in the Middle East."
After hurricane Isaac many prices state-wide have seemed to steady double-digits higher than before it made landfall.
