MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- You shouldn’t notice any changes in your FedEx service.  But that company is getting ready to make a lot of changes to try to bring in at least another $1.7 billion in profit a year over the next four years.  Among those, consolidating some delivery routes, updating equipment and changing around some job duties. FedEx did not announce any layoffs today.  But some workers, including those here in Mississippi, will be offered voluntary buyouts.
