Shooting At Gun Show Leaves Two Injured

TUPELO, Miss.--A four-year-old boy was one of two people injured by a stray bullet that flew through a wall at the Tupelo Gun and Knife Show Saturday morning. A man was also grazed by the bullet.

News Mississippi started getting Tweets about the incident after it happened.

Information we're getting says the boy was hit by bullet fragments and both had non-life-threatening injuries.

Police told WTVA TV that the man was able to drive himself to the hospital and the boy had to be taken there, too. Details about why there was a loaded gun that discharged as crowds were browsing have still not been made clear.

There was no word of any charges.
