MARION COUNTY, Miss. -- Charged with the murder of his 11-year-old brother, 16-year-old Zachary Stringer has been in jail for over a year now. The child was found shot in the family home in Marion County, authorities ruled the incident as a homicide and placed Stringer behind bars on a million dollar bond. According to WDAM, as of Tuesday that bond has been reduced to $25,000, but with strict guidelines: Stinger lives with his mother, wears a GPS tracking anklet, and remains 200 meters of the home at all times. His preliminary hearing scheduled February next year.
