BROOKHAVEN, Miss.--The charges against nurse assistant Sean Baudin of Brookhaven say he fondled a vulnerable adult at least two times. The 26-year-old was arrested by the Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Unit Monday after an indictment was handed down by a Lincoln County grand jury.
Atty. Gen. Jim Hood told us the incidents happened while Baudin was employed at the Country Brook Living Center in Brookhaven over the summer.
If convicted, he faces up to 15 years on each count, with a $5,000 fine. His bond was set at $20,000.
