PONTOTOC COUNTY, Miss. – Three have been charged with breaking into seven different homes last week in Pontotoc County. Sheriff Leo Mask said some of the items stolen were Christmas presents including video games, jewelry, guns, and money.
Sheriff Mask said a neighbor witnessed one of the burglaries and was able to give them a description of the suspect’s vehicle.
“The vehicle made a couple of illegal turns and once deputies pulled it over it had some of the stolen jewelry and stuff from a couple of the burglaries,” said Mask.
The 18 and 17-year-olds, Christopher Walker, Tyler Tedford and Cody Gillespie had their initial court appearance Monday afternoon. Their bond has been set at $50,000.
