Charges Upgraded In Ocean Springs Hit And Run

OCEAN SPRING, Miss. – Ocean Springs police are looking for the Biloxi woman that bounded out of jail on misdemeanor DUI and leaving the scene of an accident charges Sunday.

The hit and run charge against Lisa Sanchez is being upgraded to a felony because of the extent of the injuries of the victim. The unidentified woman is in sable condition, but suffers from a fractured spine, skull and cheekbone.
