Columbus Air Force Base, Miss. – OSHA is now looking into Tuesday’s death of a contract worker at Columbus Air Force Base. 

Hebert McBrayer was about 35 feet above ground-in a bucket truck-when he can into contact with a high voltage line and was electrocuted.  The Alabama man died at the hospital.
