VICKSBURG, Miss.--The building that houses El Rio Mexican Grill may be a total loss, according to some initial assessments. Firefighters in the River City were working early Friday to put out some of the hot spots after a Thursday night fire that may have started on one of the floors above the restaurant, which is on the ground level. It is still unclear what caused the fire, which started around 9 p.m. There were no reports of injuries, though at first it was unknown if everyone got out safely from the apartments that are on the upper floors.
