DON TAYLOR, host of Prime Time Radio, is the former Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Human Services.

• DON attended myriad army schools including the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, which helped prepare him to become one of Mississippi's most effective Department of Human Services directors ever.
