Another Indictment Against Ricin Suspect

TUPELO, Miss. — James Everett Dutscke of Tupelo cannot catch a break. He is the guy accused of sending ricin laced letters to President Obama, Senator Roger Wicker, and Lee County Judge Saddie Holand. He is now being charged for a second time of trying frame Elvis impersonator, Paul Kevin Curtis for the crime.

The new indictment says while Dutscke was in federal custody, he tried to get someone else to make ricin and mail it to Senator Wicker.
