NATCHEZ, Miss. — Is he a Mississippian or from Louisiana? Gavin Lee Creel came into this world at 80 miles an hour on the back seat of a Jeep while crossing the Mississippi River Sunday morning.
Couple Natalie Waltman and her fiancé Gavin Creel from Vidalia, Louisiana were hoping to make it to the hospital to have their baby delivered, but their son could not wait. Gavin Lee Creel was born around 4:00 in the morning. The couple made it to the Natchez Regional Medical Center about eight minutes later.
Waltman says her little Gavin is in perfect health. She posted to Facebook that it was the scariest, most exciting thing to ever happen in her life.
