COMO, Miss.- A five-year-old child was killed in a mobile home fire Thursday night. WMC Action News 5 reported that the fire happened north of Como, in Jones Trailer Court on Highway 51.
There were some neighbors that tried to save the boy from the flames. They say he was on a couch in the front of the house while his mother was in the back bedroom.
The mother was able to escape, but the neighbors were unable to save the little boy.
