STONE COUNTY, Miss. – After six months on the run, a man wanted for kidnapping, armed robbery and assault in Stone County has been captured.
Police arrested Makram Bush, 34, in Lamar County. He is one of four people accused of luring a man under the pretense of wanting to buy parts for an antique car. But detectives say it was all a set-up and the thieves then robbed, hogtied and pistol whipped the victim before dumping him in a ditch. The other three suspects were arrested in May. Police say the injured man is recovering, but still has to have another operation.
