JACKSON, Miss.- Governor Phil Bryant left for Israel this weekend to speak at the 3rd International Conference on Homeland Security.
The website for Israel HLS 2014 shows Bryant is the only U.S. governor speaking at the conference, which started Sunday and runs through Tuesday.
Bryant took part in a panel discussion Monday about information management and limiting breaches of privacy during emergency situations.
