Jim Hood Elected President of National Association of Attorney Generals

JACKSON, Miss. – Mississippi’s Attorney General, Jim hood has been elected as the president of the National Association of Attorney Generals. The group made that decision at their annual summer meeting this week in Michigan.

Hood is a Democrat and has been the state’s attorney general since 2004.

Hood says he will be focusing on challenges in fighting digital crime and protecting intellectual property rights.
