LONG BEACH, Miss. – A body was found Tuesday on the beach in Long Beach. At first police thought the cause of death was a suicide, but after autopsy they believe it may have been murder.
The coroner identified the body as 29-year-old Jeffery Glenn Bennett of Gulfport. An off duty deputy found the body while jogging on the beach across from USM Gulf Park. Police still not releasing the cause of death.
