THAILAND- A professor at a local Thailand university, originally from Mississippi, went missing 3 weeks ago. Authorities are investigating the disappearance.
Jame Hughes as been living in Hau Hin and teaching at the local university there for the past 6 years. Reports claim he went missing on August 2nd.
He was last seen by his landlord David Hodgins. A co-worker also reports seeing him in his apartment in Cha Am and said he was “very much not himself.” The men left him for the evening and in the morning went to check on him and reported that he was not there.
His apartment had been left unlocked and it did not appear that any personal items were missing.
Hughes also failed to show up for work on August 23rd.
