JACKSON, MISS– Longtime Mississippi news man Bert Case is in the hospital, suffering with a severe infection and sepsis.
Case has served central Mississippi by reporting the news at WLBT and WAPT television news outlets.
Case, 77, is in critical condition, and his wife asks for prayers as he fights the infection. Case recently celebrated 50 years on the air.
