COPIAH COUNTY, Miss.–If you know where the Smith family of Brandon is then you know more than deputies and the FBI at this point, and you need to give them a call. They were last heard from Friday and police said over the weekend that the whole family could be in danger and could need medical attention.

The mom, 30-year-old Altra Hughes Smith, told a relative she was going out of town for a few days Friday afternoon. But, according to police that call ended and it wasn’t until Saturday morning that the family’s upside-down, burning car was found in the western part of Copiah County.
