MAGEE, Miss.- If you’ve ever had a roommate then you probably have had some issues with them at some point, but this guy took things too far.
A 63-year-old nursing home resident is accused of shoving a cellophane bag with a sandwich down his roommate’s throat killing 83-year-old William Park Tuesday at the Hillcrest Nursing home, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
Jerrell Eubanks was arrested Wednesday and charged with second degree murder. He’s facing life in prison if convicted.
