Rolling Fork Break-in and Murder Conspiracy: Busted Ring Includes Fugitive From Monday

ROLLING FORK, Miss.–Posing as Miss. Bureau of Narcotics agents is how several people were able to get into Eric “Bert” Williams, Sr.’s house in Rolling Fork back on March March 29. If you remember the guy arrested after he hid in the woods near Hazlehurt Monday, Brandon Gilmore; he was one of seven people charged in that home invasion.

The MBI said it was just after 9 o’clock that night when Antoine Liddell, Frank Finley, Hailey Spears, Andre Williams, Allison Patrick, Gilmore and Darkeyus Brown, got into the house and took a woman and four kids hostage.

Then the man of the house came home.

Bert Williams fought with the gang and they shot and killed him. Police weren’t clear on just who pulled the trigger and all seven are charged with capital murder.

Police think the group were after cash and drugs they believed were in the house.

Right now all seven are in jail. Gilmore and Patrick were being held in Warren County, while everyone else was at the Sharkey/Issaquena lockup.
