Sandbags available in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss.- An estimated four to seven inches of rain could be hitting the Magnolia state over the next few days and for some low lying areas that could turn into 10 inches and a flash flood. 

So Harrison County is providing sand and bags to people who want to be prepared for the flood possibility. They’re available at any Harrison County Work Center and its all free. You will need to bring your own shovel though.

Long Beach Work Center: 605 North Seal Avenue, Long Beach

Orange Grove Work Center: 8300 34th Avenue, Gulfport

Woolmarket Work Center: 16395 Old Woolmarket Road, Biloxi
