I was able to go back to strength and conditioning training with Coach Kilgore and in this edition of “Tuesdays with Coach Kilgore,” you might notice something is missing! Coach shares our new phase of training, and the key ingredient to battling frustration when it rears its ugly head.
It’s another edition of “Tuesdays with Coach Kilgore” and he shares advice about how to measure your success when it comes to workouts. You should compete with only – yourself. (That makes it a little tough to gauge the Battle of the Sexes, no? He had advice about that too!)
Coach Kilgore is pretty sneaky. He’s been training us using movements that we use in everyday life. It became clear to me last week as I played in a golf tournament for Millsaps College. Today was also not just #MotivationMonday, it was #MotownMonday
