CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Miss.- Two high school boys were stabbed Thursday morning on their way to school.
UPDATE: The father of the female who stabbed the students and one of the boys injured brought a gun to the bus. George Smith is in the Claiborne County lockup and the daughter is headed to youth court.
Officials confirm that a female student, believed to be related to one of the victims, stabbed the young men with a pair of scissors in the back of the bus.
The boys have been taken to the hospital for treatment but authorities do not know the severity of their injuries. They do know at least four students were involved in the incident.
Police are still investigating.
