KENNER, LA. – An arrest warrant has been issued for Terry Speaks on charges of second degree murder. Police believe he and Margret Sanchez were responsible for killing Bourbon Street Dancer, Jaren Lockhart, dismembering her, and then dumping her body parts off the Bay St. Louis Bridge in 2012.
Right now Speaks behind bars in New York, serving time for failing to register as a sex offender. He will be extradited to Louisiana when he is released in October.
Sanchez was arrested last month on charges of second degree murder, she is still in jail.
