Wednesday Weather Much Calmer Than Tuesday

Jackson, Miss–After yesterday’s epic weather, it will be nice to see things calm down today.

Let’s start in Southern Mississippi. What a difference a day makes!  There’s a ten percent  chance of rain before noon. It will be slightly windy with gusts from 20 to 25 MPH. Otherwise, cloudy with a high of 57.
Staying cloudy into the evening hours, then clearing. Still breezy with those same gusts of wind. Overnight low will be around 43.Tomorrow, sunny with a high of 61.
Turning our attention to the Central part of the state, a 40 percent chance of showers today, mainly before 11AM. Wind gusts as high as 35 MPH. Evening will bring cloudy skies before clearing and dipping to an overnite low of 35. Tomorrow, the breezes will die down, bringing us a sunny high near 59.
In Northern Mississippi, we’re still in for some precarious precipitation. An 80 percent chance of rain and possibly a thunderstorm today.
Gusty winds of  up to 30 MPH this afternoon. A high of 47 is expected. cloudy during the evening hours with a slight chance of rain or light snow showers.; Gradually clearing to a low of 35 with mostly sunny skies tomorrow and a high of 50.
