YAZOO CITY, Miss.- The teenager is now behind bars after being picked up on Wednesday.
Authorities say the incident happened Tuesday night when the boy pulled a knife on the cashier of a Shell gas station on Grand Avenue in Yazoo City. He demanded money from the attendant before fleeing the scene. It wasn’t until the surveillance video was observed that they made the arrest.
Though the boy faces armed robbery charges, he’ll have to go through Youth Court first, as he is a minor.
