MCCOMB, Miss. – A homicide or an accidental shooting?
That’s what investigators are trying to figure out in McComb.
Saturday night, responders show up at Community Park apartments and find Jabories Legget, 22, shot in the chest.
His family took him to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
After talking to witnesses, investigators say that Leggett along with is his friend, Edward Jenkins, had been playing around before the gun fired.
Jenkins has been arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
