Keep an eye out for this guy, Josef Schnabl, say Marshall County deputies. Josef Schnabl is armed and dangerous and may be driving a stolen Chevy pick up towards Memphis. Police say he has guns, knives, and 70 rounds of ammo. His pic and info on the News Mississippi app if you see him, call police.

A hunting accident and now a 7th grader from Magee is dead. Jacob Allan, just 12 years old, died Saturday after his gun accidentally went off. Pay your respects to Allan at a candlelight vigil tomorrow night at the Magee Fire Department at 7.

A fight at a laundromat lands one girl in the hospital with a bullet in her back. Columbus police tell WTVA that they got a call about a shooting at a laundromat, but when they showed up, no one was there. Then the hospital calls and says they’ve got a girl who’s been shot after a fight. The man the girl was with says there was a fight, and the other person started shooting into their car. Police are still looking into it.

One year later and police are still looking for the man that raped a woman on the Biloxi Bay bridge. DNA results have cleared 13 people from the suspect list, reports the Sun Herald. Since that attack, a small group has started raising money for more security cameras on that bridge. They have aboout 2 thousand dollars.. they need 10 grand.

Bringing work into Mississippi: The United Steelworkers Union says True Temper Sports Plant in Amory is moving work from China into the Magnolia State. Over 100 jobs will be moved to the state after closing a China-based plant. If you’re looking for a job, you can apply now. You’ll get raises and bonuses by the end of the four year contract, says the company.
