CARRIERE, Miss. – A 13-year-old is dead after being hit by a car in Pear River County.
Gabriel Lossett was riding his bike Tuesday night when he was hit at the intersection of Family Lane and Old Highway 11.
Lossett was then taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
