American Idol Headed to Mississippi

OXFORD, Miss. – American Idol will be holding auditions this coming Tuesday. It’ll take place at Union Plaza on the Ole Miss campus.

Registration starts at 7 a.m. and according to Rob McLeod that’s when they start film the big crowd shots.

McLeod says, when you go in front of the judges don’t be afraid to show your personality. He says, you want to be able to standout.

This is the last year American Idol will be in Mississippi or any other state. Fox said it will not renew the show for a 16th season.
