RANKIN COUNTY, Miss.- An armed and dangerous felon was caught Tuesday morning.
Police caught Charles Niklos Ray in a hotel room after receiving a tip that he might be there. The 31-year-old is accused of robbing two homes, stealing seven guns, ammunition an ATV and other unnamed property.
Ray was arrested at the hotel room in Jackson near the intersection of Highway 80 and Ellis Avenue.
Because of his past charges, if arrested and convicted, Ray could serve between 30 years to life in prison.
