JACKSON, Miss.- A Jackson strip club is no longer in operation, yet again.
Black Diamond has closed it’s doors with a property seized notice left on the front door, reports local media. The seizure comes from a separate lawsuit filed in 2014 by Marteze Harris against the club and its owner Daniel Owens.
Harris’ suit claims that he was assaulted by club security and he is suing for damages. Judgment was passed and Owen’s was ordered to pay about $61,500 to the plaintiff.
However, the payment has not been made causing the property to be seized.
This is the second time the club has shut it’s doors due to a lawsuit filed in 2014.
