Body identified in Pascagoula River death

GAUTIER, Miss.- Police have identified the body pulled form the Pascagoula River late Wednesday night as 75-year-old Stephen Foster Krebs, Sr. 

Police have confirmed that Krebs was pulled from the water around 11 p.m. that evening. A 911 call was made just after he fell overboard of his lifeboat in the Big Lake area, and did not resurface.

Police called in the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to aid in the search for the Krebs.

His death is still being investigated.
