The bones found in Carroll County last weekend belong to a man that’s been missing from Madison County.
36 year old Matthew Costello has been missing since early September, and now Carroll County deputies say the bones found near Blackhawk are his.
A car was found nearby and the plates ran to Costello’s name, reports WLBT.
Police are still looking into what happened.
