JACKSON, Miss. — You’ve got a temporary replacement at the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, Public Safety Commissioner Albert Santa Cruz has named Sam Owens as the interim director. The former director, Marshal Fisher, left after taking a new position with the DEA.
Owens has been with the MBN since 1978.
