The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has cancelled the Silver Alert for 62-year-0ld Starley Lee Moore of Terry. He has been located and is safe.
Moore is a black man, 5’2″ tall, weighing 187 pounds with gray-black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen around 6:15 p.m. on April 4 walking in the 1400 block of Moncure Marble Road in Terry.
Moore was wearing a maroon and brown shirt, blue jeans, two-toned brown shoes and a maroon and brown jacket. Family told MBI that he suffers from a medical condition that could impair his judgement.
