Clarksdale school board approves drones for use

CLARKSDALE, Miss.- Clarksdale school officials are approving the use of drones should be included in the curriculum. 

The Clarksdale Press Register reports that the school will be using drones for educational purposes. They are already using them to film athletic events as well as other school activities.

School Board President Rob Tyner said that the Mississippi Department of Education advised against banning them from school property but state officials changed their view point after they explained how the school would use them.
