BILOXI, Miss. – Police have arrested a Biloxi man on child sex charges after witnesses said he inappropriately touched a little girl and tried to kiss her during a game of hide and seek Sunday.
The 31-year-old is charged with touching of a child for lustful purposes. He is being held at the Harrison County jail on a $100,000 bond.
