HATTIESBURG, Miss. — The man found dead inside a burned Hattiesburg house has been identified as

Telly Ezel, 37, of Alabama.  “He is a transit,” explained Hattiesburg Police Lt. Jon Traxler.  “We still don’t why he was in Hattiesburg, or anything like that; or why he was in the house.”

The body was badly decomposed and set to Jackson where an autopsy was done earlier today.  “Preliminary report shows no foul play from the autopsy,” said Traxler.

Investigators are now waiting on a final report, which should include a cause of death.
