DESOTO COUNTY, Miss.- Going green to save money and the environment, Desoto County is partnering up with Desoto County schools to promote more recycling.
When you drop off your kids at school, you can also drop off all your paper and bottles you no longer need to recycle.
Twenty bins will be placed at the schools throughout the county. More recycling, means more money in the taxpayers’ pockets. Desoto County hopes this will lead the way to more recycling and teach students to help take care of their planet.
