Dry, cool air keeps temps pleasant, rain chances later in the week

JACKSON, MISS– The work week kicks off with cool fall temperatures brought by crisp dry air, with the chance of rain holding off until later in the week. 

A gorgeous first weekend in October and the outlook for the rest of this week is sunny and dry for the most part, with the exception of our Gulf Coast which may see some precipitation on Wednesday & Thursday.

Otherwise in South Mississippi, sunny today with a high of 87 degrees. Mostly clear overnight with a low of 67. Tomorrow, sunny with breezes of 5-10 mph and a high of 87, once again.
Central Mississippi, sunny with that familiar high of 87 today. Mostly clear tonight, dipping down to around 62. Sunnytomorrow with a high of 90.
North Mississippi, a sunny high of 85 is expected today. Mostly clear tonight with a low of 60 degrees. Tomorrow, mostly sunny with a high of 88.
