Dutschke

JACKSON, Miss.– The man accused of sending those poison laced letters to President Obama, US Senator Roger Wicker and a Lee County judge has now been indicted by a federal grand jury.  James Everett Dutschke was arrested in April at this Tupelo Home.  The indictment accuses him of developing, producing and stockpiling ricin, threatening the president and others with it, and attempting to impede the investigation.  Dutschke says he is innocent.
