MARION COUNTY, Miss.- Brian Foxworth, District 1 Constable-elect, was arrested on Friday by Columbia police and is being charged with aggravated domestic violence.
WDAM reports that Columbia Police Department Capt. Bobby Patterson said the arrest was related to an early incident that happened on October 12th. It was at Foxworth’s home and Patterson said the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
Foxworth’s bond is set at $30,000 what has been posted and he was released on Saturday.
Currently no one is running against him in the November 3rd election.
